- Ecole de Formation du Barreau, Master de droit complété éventuellement par une école de commerce ou une formation type LLM à l'étranger. Tout candidat a de solides connaissances en droit des sociétés français.
Langue :
- les candidats ont un très bon niveau d'anglais (oral et écrit).
Expérience :
- Stage(s) significatif(s) en cabinet d'avocat d'affaires ou en entreprise souhaité(s).
