Key responsibilities

Day-to-Day Activities

· Establish, expand and manage the firm's global social media channels
· Working with the firm's social media management platform to create, schedule and manage written, video & photo content for     promotion via social channels, including proof reading the content for each post
· Keep track and manage the social media global schedule
· Ensure timely, creative and meaningful content to increase the reach and engagement of customer through different social   media platforms, ensuring that the messaging is
· Ensure content is relevant and written “in the right voice”, dependent on client group, message conveyed and type of social   media platform
· Pro-actively research, test and analyse current trends/new advances in social media and technology, maintaining a leading   competitive edge
· Researching and monitoring trending topics and competitors to ensure we are having the right conversations and share     relevant topical content with using the firm's social media listening platform
· Support the team with the execution of paid social media campaigns where required
· Manage and ensure that the social media intranet pages are up-to-date
· Write tip sheets and how to guides for different stakeholders when requested

Analytics

· Reporting on recent social media performance, measuring success against strategic KPIs.
· Provide different teams with monthly reports and effectively translate analytics into actionable insights to constantly drive   success.
· Continuously test and optimise content and re-purpose assets; discuss/ share results with the wider team
· Deliver weekly & monthly reports and analysis of Social campaigns, within the KPI requirements
· Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of competitors, ensuring good practice

Working with Other teams

· Is proactive in building relationships with internal clients and responsive
· Work closely with the digital team, content creators and the client and business development teams to provide support, recommendations and best practice advice

Skills & Experience

The successful candidate should have:

· Experience of delivering social media campaigns

· Impeccable English, verbal and written

· Great analytical skills, being able to translate data into meaningful insights

· Ability to multitask and prioritise your own workload effectively

· Assured and calm in a fast-paced environment

· Comfortable working in teams and independently
