The candidate will possess the following skills:

  • You will have strong academics and ideally will be a graduate
  • Proven experience as working in a Paralegal role
  • A talent for leading and managing people, ideally Paralegals
  • The ability to provide constructive feedback and be a proficient coach
  • Quality checking teams work
  • To assist with the development of the paralegal population
The ability to work under pressure
  • Work under minimal supervision and be proactive and hardworking
  • Strong writing ability
  • Have a flexible attitude to work
  • Detail oriented and have strong analytical skills;
  • Be organised and efficient, and be proficient in delivering multiple tasks to deadline every time
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Very strong interpersonal skills
  • Have proven experience of meeting and exceeding targets
