Who are you:


You are a team player with a solid legal background and are enthusiastic to develop yourself in the Projects / Real Estate field (experience in Projects / Real Estate law is beneficial but not required). Further, you have the ambition to work on a variety of transactions. You are passionate about keeping up with the latest trends and decisions in Projects / Real Estate and have natural intellectual curiosity: you are eager to enter undiscovered fields and to develop something new.


In addition, you are proactive, resourceful, and not afraid to take initiative. You are able to see the bigger picture and to think outside of the box, in order to create bespoke solutions which meet our clients' business objectives. Further, you can demonstrate an appetite for business development, client relationship management, good communication and negation skills, and thought leadership.


Key requirements are:


  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in one or more of the areas of expertise mentioned above;


  • Fluency in English;


  • A Dutch law qualification is required.
