Your career experience so far
 

Experience
 

  • Experience in working on large and complex transformation programmes in a design and workspace context. 
     
  • Experience of working in Professional Services and/or Partnerships would be a distinct advantage. 
     
  • Proven experience in setting project management frameworks and translating delivery and prioritisation challenges into business language. 
     
  • Recognised project management and programme management certification (PMI, MSP, Prince 2 preferred). 
     
  • Excellent industry knowledge and an understanding of the complexities of working in a global organisation.

  • Strong leadership and management skills
     
  • Strategic thinker but with good attention to detail. 
     
  • Ability to build and sustain strong colleague relationships. 
     
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with confidence in communicating at senior management level. 
     
  • Good presentation skills. 
     
  • Good motivation stills and the ability to negotiate with and persuade others not in direct line of report. 
     
  • Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment. 
     
  • Excellent planning and organisation skills, with the ability to prioritise, manage time effectively and use initiative. 
     
  • A self-starter. 
     
  • Able to drive value from teams working remotely
     
  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite; primarily Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.

The programme is looking to build a strong, credible and highly capable team that can deliver consistently throughout the programme which will continue until 2028.
