General Summary: The New York office of Clifford Chance US LLP has an opening for a paralegal in the Firm's Real Estate group. Stellar academic credentials and a minimum of one year of major law firm experience required. 



Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and interpret real estate title, transfer and financing documents
  • Prepare and file UCC Financing Statements
  • Organize and prepare legal files
  • Review legal periodicals and circulate relevant cases and articles
  • Conduct legal research
  • Coordinate and support closings and meetings
  • Perform administrative-legal responsibilities as required



  • Four-year degree
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant paralegal experience
  • Courses in paralegal studies a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
  • Flexibility to work paid overtime
  • For an immediate start; preferred hours are 10:00 am – 6:00 pm
  • Must be independently legally authorized to work in the United States
