Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, the Marketing Automation Specialist will be responsible for coordinating the development and delivery of the firm's marketing automation platform and the day to day support of all campaigns, including the providing analytical support.


Key responsibilities

Day-to-Day Activities
  • Be the subject matter expert for using the marketing automation platform.
  • to plan, design and build marketing campaigns and automated marketing programs to drive customer engagement
  • actively monitor and use a test and learn approach to improve and develop them
  • using data segmentation and testing strategies to optimise communications
  • Underpin activity tracking and CRM integration.
  • Provide frequent performance analysis and regular status reports, reporting on program/campaign key performance indicators and marketing funnel metrics
  • Make recommendations based on the analytics in order to continuously improve
Working with Other teams
  • Is proactive in building relationships with internal clients and responsive
  • Work closely with the digital team, content creators and the client and business development teams to maximise campaign effectiveness and to provide support, recommendations and best practice advice
  • Provide regular training sessions to existing and new users
Skills & Experience
  • Expert Experience with marketing automation/CRM (e.g. Oracle Eloqua, Adobe Campaign, IBM Campaign automation, Salesforce Pardot, etc.)
  • Experience in creating and delivering successful customer-centric campaigns and automated programmes.
  • Experience gathering, interrogating and using data to inform campaign plans
  • Analytical mindset
  • HTML knowledge, at least basic preferable advanced
  • Web development and digital design skills is a plus
  • Able to communicate effectively with expert and non-expert colleagues, and to build strong relationships
  • Workload management: Ability to effectively plan and prioritise, delivering on time.
