We are currently seeking a talented and hard-working Legal Secretary to provide high-level support to members of our Projects group, including coordination of the client billing process for the group.  This position requires attention to detail, great organizational and analytical skills and a strong customer service attitude.  Successful candidates will be personable, responsive and proactive.
  • Type, edit, proofread and finalize documents.
  • Extensive coordination of travel arrangements.
  • High volume of expense report preparation.
  • Coordinate appointments, conferences and meetings.
  • Work with Billing Coordinator.
  • Interface with domestic and international clients.
  • Enter time into attorney time tracking system (Expert Time).
  • Maintain files.
  • Enter attorney time into billing system.
  • Perform administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.
  • High School Diploma.
  • 3+ years of legal or executive secretarial experience in a professional services firm.
  • Minimum of 60 wpm typing.
  • Proficiency in the use of MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work overtime.
  • Must be independently legally authorized to work in the United States.
