This is a chance to work in our award winning Graduate team. The Graduate team has two halves; the Graduate Recruitment team and the Graduate Development team. The recruitment team manages the marketing and attraction, the selection and assessment and the offer process for graduates. The development team manages the trainee life cycle, from completion of the GDL and CLP LLM, right through to qualification from the two year training programme.

Both teams have received accolades for their innovative and ground-breaking work, ranging from our first year SPARK programme, tackling mental health, launching the first ever law-tech training contract and shining a spotlight on workplace harassment through our work with TENDER.

The high-performing teams have won Graduate Employer of the Year at the National Graduate Recruitment Awards (the first law firm to ever do so) and Graduate Employer of Choice for Law at the Times Graduate Employer Awards and TARGET jobs awards.
