We also represent our clients at the different stages of both court, arbitration and insolvency proceedings.

The work is challenging and varied and will allow you to enjoy regular client contact and to participate in some of the most ground-breaking domestic and international Litigation & Dispute Resolution law work in Spain.

Companies across all sectors face increasingly complex compliance challenges in a variety of areas, with the risk of reputational damage, civil liability, enforcement action and even criminal prosecution when things go wrong. We advise clients across the full spectrum of risk management and compliance covering all industries, including those operating in regulated sectors. Also, Cyber security is now a board-level risk, not just an IT headache. Legal support is essential in managing cyber risk. Clifford Chance has the commercially-minded legal experts to help you navigate the complex legal and regulatory framework that underlies this area. Our global cyber security team can advise you on the full spectrum of cyber products to support your business with key developments in law and regulation

Our international team advises clients on risk assessments and audits, compliance reviews, developing and testing compliance policies and procedures, and reputational risk management programmes. We also conduct transactional and institutional due diligence reviews, manage internal investigations, and defend companies and individuals in externally driven investigations and enforcement actions.

Our compliance advice is based not on abstract notions but on practical experience and understanding of clients' businesses, and we aim to balance our legal advice with pragmatism and an appreciation of relevant regulatory strictures as well as clients’ business environment and needs.

We cover the full spectrum of risk management/corporate compliance issues:

  • Trade controls and economic sanctions
