Corporate (M&A/PE) – mid-level Associate (Beijing)

• 4-5 years practice experience or above from leading international or PRC law firms
• Focus on merger & acquisition/private equity
• Excellent English drafting and transaction management skills
• For PRC qualified lawyers, overseas education or work experience a valuable addition but not a must
