Casablanca - Personal Assistant & Support Coordinator

You will support a team of lawyers (including 1 partner) with the below activities on a daily basis.


Key responsibilities

  • Document typing, document production, proofreading
  • Incoming calls handling/telephone coverage, managing agenda
  • Scheduling meetings and taking notes and minutes in meetings
  • Researching and booking travel arrangements and managing lawyers' expenses
  • Being a point of contact for a range of lawyers and external administrations and other stakeholders
  • Finding ways to improve administrative processes, filing and archiving
  • Expenses, phones, print/copy/bind/mail, archiving, bibles, post-closing process.
  • Matter project administration for lawyers (Clearance, AML, engagement letters, MTM maintenance, client and matter team meetings)
  • Be knowledgeable on the existing BD resources





Skills and qualifications


  • You are degree qualified and have a solid experience in an international professional services environment. Ideally, you have experience of working within a professional firm
  • You will have excellent IT skills (Microsoft Office skills such as Word; PowerPoint; Excel), exposure to legal technologies would be preferable
  • You possess excellent drafting skills in French and English
  • Strong interpersonal, networking, presentation and communication skills
  • You are a strong team player and highly proactive
  • Preferably some legal knowledge or a keenness to understand legal terminologies
  • You are well-organised and commercial in your approach.
  • You are meticulous and attentive to details.
