We offer the full spectrum of legal advice that clients can expect from a global leading law firm. In particular, we have incredibly strong capabilities and unrivalled experience in both M&A / Private Equity and Finance transactions. Moreover, we have a close working relationship with regulators and are frequently called upon to participate in the drafting of legislation and regulations. We have been involved with Moroccan, Tunisian and other African authorities and regulators in important reforms to modernise business law. Our market-leading team in Casablanca offers Moroccan, French and English legal advice and is also well-versed in OHADA law. Our lawyers speak French, English and Arabic. We are fully integrated into our worldwide M&A / Private Equity and Finance practices to ensure that we bring the best of Clifford Chance on each mandate.

Our Casablanca office is looking to recruit lawyers with 3 to 6 years' experience for our Corporate and Finance practices.

Skills and Qualification

You are a mid-level associate (3 to 6 years' experience) in a Corporate or Finance practice within a leading law firm and qualified in France.


You have a strong academic background.


You possess excellent technical skills. Proficiency in English is a must for any non-native English speaker.


You are well-organized and commercial in your approach. Dynamism, team spirit and communication skills are required qualities in order to progress in a stimulating environment.
