Your career experience so far


Strong change management experience in professional services and across a range of other related industries. 
Strong experience in workplace transformation in both business and design contexts. 
Change Management certification required. 
Familiarity with project and programme management approaches, tools and methodologies.  
Key Skills

  • A solid understanding of how people and organisations go through the change process. 
  • Excellent skills in employing change management principles, methodologies, tools and approaches. 
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal. 
  • Confidence in communicating at Senior Management and Partner level. 
  • Excellent active listening skills. 
  • Able to effectively challenge views and influence others towards a common vision or goal. 
  • Able to work effectively across all levels of the business and with an appreciation of the complexities of a global organisation. 
  • Flexible and approachable. 
  • Highly motivated and organised with strong attention to detail. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite, primarily Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.

You will work within the Core Programme Team, which is based in Canary Wharf, London. Limited travel is expected as part of the role. The programme is looking to build a strong, credible and highly capable team that can deliver consistently throughout the programme which will continue until 2028.
