 Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice

 We have one of the world's preeminent litigation and dispute resolution practices specialising in complex, multi-jurisdictional litigation, international arbitration and regulatory investigations around the globe. Our Australian team is a market-leading in litigation and dispute resolution and has overseen many of the most complex corporate cases and arbitrations in recent years. We have extensive experience across all major dispute resolution disciplines including, but not limited to, anti-corruption, arbitration, banking litigation, fraud, class actions, insolvency and restructuring and projects and construction disputes.

What are we looking for?

 We are seeking two Associate (3 < 5 years' PQE) to join our leading L&DR practice in Perth, working primarily under Dr Sam Luttrell. To be successful in this role:

  • You must have a strong Arbitration background, preferably having dealt with cross-border matters.
  • French Language skills at a business level ware very highly valued.
  • You must have the ability to work seamlessly across borders to deliver global expertise, local insight and the latest industry know-how to our clients.  Ideally you would have worked in at least one geographic market outside of Australia.
  • You have outstanding academic history and proven first-rate legal skills, combined with a strong industry reputation, excellent transactional and management skills.
  • You will enjoy working in a busy and demanding team environment and have had experience working with specialists across multiple practice groups. You will display a considerable appetite for business development, client relationship management and other commercial activities.
  • You will have a strong commitment to continuing your own professional development and be passionate about coaching and mentoring your team members who will look to you for guidance and direction.
