Skills & Experience

  • Demonstrate strong recruitment administration experience gained within a corporate setting RPO or BPO organization
  • Demonstrate a customer service ethos
  • Strong experience of recruitment administration and a passion for ensuring a strong candidate experience.
  • Able to manage a fast paced and varied workload, keeping on top of active requitisions and candidates and providing timley and regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Experience in full-life cycle recruitment adminstration to include: posting requisitions to internal/external job boards, sourcing/screening candidates, organizing interviews, managing candidate and internal stakeholder expectations qualifying and assessing skills and attributes, collect feedback, issuing offers.
  • Individual must be hands-on and possess excellent interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, analytical, and research skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with HR systems preferably Workday.
  • Hands-on experience with recruiting software or Candidate Management Systems (CMS) or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferably Taleo.
  • Experience of using outlook particularly on the diary and scheduling side.
  • Passion for driving quality in everything you do relating to HR standards.
  • Ability to work effectively within a highly ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work under significant pressure with challenging deadlines, simultaneously managing multiple tasks and recruitment assignments.
  • Individual must have an understanding of and passion for talent acquisition.

Relationship management and approach

You will be able to demonstrate you can :

  • Confidently handle communication with Recruitment Specialists  and Candidates.  
  • Follow suggested outline processes but also use your own initatve and experience to deal with situations or escalate appropriately.
  • Able to discuss and arrange Interview slots for multiple applicant Interviews across multiple requisitions/ geoprgaphies/ time zones and maintain an up to date live work log of active interviews in progress.
  • Able to provide solutions/best practices and take feedback positively.
  • Meet assigned hiring deadlines and headcount fulfillment for open positions, and proactively drive progress against a role by efficient and quick fulfilment of recruitment administration; such as interview scheduling – which is critical to ensuring we can recruit in a timley manner.
