Besides Finance and IT support, the company offers a variety of back-office services under the BRS (Business and Research Solutions). HDR is one of the streams under the BRS department which provides Workday support to all CC HR. For this stream we are looking for an Analyst – HR Direct Global, to work in the following shift timings:


Monday to Friday, 13:30 hrs to 22:00 hrs

Monday to Friday, 14:30 hrs to 23:00 hrs (during daylight saving)

Job Purpose

The HRDG team is a key player in the Service Delivery Model for HR, working to ensure strong interfaces between Global HR standard practices and local HR to drive efficient service at the local level. Very strong relations with local HR will enable the team in facilitating local & global HR support. As part of a global service delivery platform this team will also collaborate closely with colleagues from other parts of the HR organisation, globally.

Key Responsibilities

The Analyst – HR Direct Global will work within a team of colleagues in managing general Workday (WD), Taleo (recruitment tool) and Objective Manager (online appraisal system) queries. The key responsibilities of the role include:

  • General Workday support (Service, Updates & Change requests) for the all the countries
  • Ensure all Workday tasks and events are assigned to the respective respondent and resolved as per agreed timelines
  • Responsible for conducting Audit of Master Data Validation
  • Publishing and monitoring analytics of Support Portal (Service Now) & workday Inbox and mailbox
  • Act as SPOC for ensuring the first line support is being provided to employees and managers, Businesses and HRs globally for their workday related queries
  • Manage Workday Homepage, Newsletters and various Internal communication channels to connect with all employees, managers and Global HR teams
  • Ensure to update and maintain Procedures, Templates, quick guides, step by step guides, and other training material on SharePoint
  • Develop and update Quick Reference Guide (QRC) and for all roles in workday
  • Provide Operational dashboard to ensure the effective management of Volumes, SLA and projects
  • Serves on systems development/upgrade/enhancement projects as team member
  • Experience in HCM processes
  • Manage Objective Manger and Taleo queries
  • Prepare ad-hoc/scheduled reports from Taleo and Objective Manager

  • Minimum 2 years' operational support experience in HR tools (preferably Workday)
  • Familiarity with business processes and shared service model
  • Ability to work independently and with colleagues located in different geographies
  • A bachelor's/master's degree from a reputed institute, preferably in the area of business management
  • Experience at a multinational organisation with exposure to non-Indian working environment is preferred
